●The capacity of the three bags we received did not match what the supplier claimed. The supplier assured us the bags would have capacities of 18 L (one bag) and 20 L (two bags), but the actual capacities were 16 L and 17 L. Additionally, many features that were showcased to us were missing. ●One of the bags has poor stitching, making it a defective piece. ●The supplier was paid to send the courier via DDP mode, but they sent it via DDU. As a result, I had to pay Rs. 1077 in taxes to YTG Express and an additional Rs. 500 for transportation to my address. ●The supplier's representative acknowledged the mistake and offered a product that met our requirements without changing the agreed-upon price. However, that representative left the organization, and their management did not honor the price agreement. ●We raised a claim for a refund, which was automatically accepted, but we canceled it because the cost of returning the items equaled the claim amount. Their service cannot be trusted.
